JARED LORENZEN IS NO JOKE
I remember last pre-season he was an exciting player to watch. He is such a strong quarterback it’s very tough to get a blitz on him. He would have blitzing safeties looking like puppies at his feet trying to bring him down. He is a beast and has earned this name from me. What also impressed me was his ball speed, such a different style of throw. He would beam it at the receivers’ chests. I don’t think the receivers are used to something like that but they definitely were fast balls and pretty accurate too. Unfortunately, throwing it hard at players can make them miss the catch letting the ball jump up in the air for an interception. He can be a good QB for down the field throws though.
I think Jared Lorenzen should definitely be the number 2 quarterback behind Eli. He has been with us long enough to understand our plays and I could see him making it tough for opponents. Is Jared my second option? Hellyeah
