Giants Underdog to Cowboys
Thursday’s matchup between the New Orleans Saints and the Indianapolis Colts is the beginning of another great NFL season. I will give you the spread on that game too because all NFL fans watch the season opener. The Champions are home and favored by 6.
Now lets get back to Big Blue. On September 6, 2007, the Dallas Cowboys will host the New York Giants. The season opens with a bang for Big Blue. They have a division game on day one. The line opened in Dallas’ favor by 4, but it moved even more in their favor to 5 1/2. We’ll pay attention to it this week.
It surprises me that it is so high. Dallas has a new Head Coach, Wade Philips. Tony Romo’s play came down to reality. I thought it would all along. Almost nobody could play at such a high level each week. It was pretty obvious that every really good game he would have that there was a pretty bad game coming.
