Two worries: Urlacher and Hester
Devin Hester has become the biggest threat against any special team. Brian Urlacher has always been a devastating force in the MLB position. The rest of the team is not a threat at all but we cannot sleep on these Bears.
It seems a good defense throws Manning off his game, he has proven this with the recent loses we’ve had against the Cowboys and the Vikings. Sad? yes, but we must move on and look at these Bears like cubs and try to take them off their habitat. It’s been said that Eli Manning shows no emotion even when he executes correctly. It is understood that he needs to maintain the team calm but show a little disappointment at yourself. He needs to feel disappointed so that he tries harder the next time. Football is a game of tears, shouts of joy, excitement, and pure adrenaline rush. Someone just shake him, smack him on the helmet and tell him “kid, focus man…focus”. Let’s not let the injuries be our downfall again. We have a great offense and back-ups to our offense who are ready to step up. Let’s rotate these players and throw the defense off their game.
We’re due for a good win, I mean a good win like we have been in the beginning of the season. I need to feel like we earned this win and have a confident team for the future games to come. Let’s go boys!
