The New York Football Giants still haven’t done anything in the Free Agent market. Sammy Knight may be the first free agent to go to the Meadowlands to meet with Jerry Reese. Nothing’s really happening today because it’s Sunday, but Knight is expected to show up in the swamp early this week. Each free agent picked up by the G-MEN will be less that Reese will have to worry about in the draft.

Knight to visit Giants - Mike Garafolo expects SS Sammy Knight to visit the Super Bowl Champion Giants on Monday or Tuesday. Garafolo believes that Knight will ask for about $2 million per season for a few 2 to 3 years.
