It seems like a pretty cool even to check out. Actors and Athletes are going to show up. They will have video games and prizes too. It’s open to the public in NYC for eight hours, and it’s free.

WHO: The Super Bowl Champion New York Football Giants , GGL Global Gaming - The Leading Media Company for the Expansion and Culture of Videogames
WHAT: As part of the 2008 Tribeca ESPN Sports Film Festival, the Tribeca/ESPN Sports Day will provide thousands of visitors in attendance with a full-day of sports films, panel discussions, appearances by actors, sports stars and more.
Building on their existing partnership, GGL Global Gaming and the New York Giants will provide the Tribeca/ESPN Sports Day with interactive competition of Giant proportions; offering 2 tents with 42” Flat-screen TVs, Xbox360s and EA’s Madden ’08.The day’s events begin at 10 am and continue until 6 pm. The day long competition will test participant’s videogaming skill with the team’s fully interactive “training camp”. The event will also include football toss inflatables, many giveaways, various raffles and the chance to win the grand-prize with winners to be announced on the GGL Global Gaming website (http://www.ggl.com) on Monday, May 5.
